The historic Exchange Building at 12 East Exchange Street, which is home to the offices of Paul M. Grant, Attorney at Law, is located in the heart of the largest construction project currently underway in Downtown Akron.

Just as the Polymer Building at the University of Akron and message board tower on the Akron Beacon Journal building stand out on the hearby horizon, the historic Exchange Building looks down upon the city block bounded by Main, High, Exchange, and Cedar streets. The new construction project on this block will see the addition of street level retail space as well as a 4 story high apartment community, exclusively for 450 students attending the University of Akron.

Our Downtown Akron webcam will operate 24 hours a day and will allow you the opportunity to watch the progress of the $25-30 million retail and residental construction project which is scheduled for occupancy in August, 2009.
